Quit your job and do something fun (We're hiring)
We’re looking for four very talented people. We’re up to six full time people and it’s time to grow! (If you’re not currently looking for new work, please pass this on to any trusted friends.)

As many of you know, we’re really passionate about uniting, inspiring and equiping the web industry. There’s nothing better than getting an email from someone that says they were super inspired by one of our events, that DropSend really helped them when they were in a crunch or that they really appreciate Vitamin.
We want to work with people who are fun, honest and smart. If that’s you, you’ll fit in well. We’re based in beautiful Bath, are moving into brand new offices in December and we don’t work Fridays :)
Here are the positions we’re looking to fill …
VP Sales
You’ll be responsible to sell sponsorship and expo booths for six large conferences in the UK and US. Your job will include travelling to all events (fun cities like Miami, NYC, London and more). You’ll need to be interested and excited about the web industry.
If you have experience selling sponsorship and expo booths, that’s a bonus. You’ll need to work primarily from our Bath office, with regular trips to London.
Project Manager, DropSend
You’ll be responsible for growing DropSend subscribers and revenue. Your duties will include:
- Managing our developer to fix and improve the website
- Answering support emails
- Marketing and setting up partnerships
- Having fun
If you have understanding of how to build and maintain websites, that’s a bonus. You’ll need to work primarily from our Bath office, with occasional trips to London.
Event Manager
We’re looking for someone to lead our newest event, The Future of Mobile and organise six 1-day workshops per year. You’ll need to be a people person who is very organised. Duties include:
- Researching and booking venues
- Managing budgets
- Coordinating with speakers
- Travelling to each event
- Coordinating with VP Sales on sponsorship
- Having fun
You’ll be working from our office in Bath with occasional trips to London.
Bookkeeper
We’re looking for a bookkeeper to keep us organised and running smoothly. Duties will include:
- Using QuickBooks
- Sending & receiving invoices
- Paying wages
- Having fun
You’ll be based in our office in Bath. We’re looking for someone fairly junior for this role, but feel free to get in touch regardless.
Get in touch
If you are interested in any of the below positions, please email me at ryan at this domain. Please put the title of the job as the subject and include:
- Reasons why you think you’d be great for the job
- Salary expectations
- When you can start

Hello ryan, i feel reflected in your web concepts, the modern web idea.im from argentina, web developer, but i like to think that what better describes me is some guy with fresh web tech ideas.
i live here, south america, and also work by myself, independant way, built my own little company the past 2 years.
i would love to have an experience in your company, but i guess this is impossible since the inmigration process.
if u ever need “freelance” job, i will be more than happy to work for carsonified.
i read u every week, i liked the “dont waste time” post. thanks for that. i like the way tu put words toghether.
have luck on the hiring.
cheers
Javier W.

Good to hear that Carsonified is growing! I’m curious to know how you came to the decision to hire more people – and all at once. Are you expecting that increasing your staff so quickly will create some growing pains. Just wondering how you will manage that. Keep us updated on the blog! Does this mean you’ve taken funding?

[...] The event, organised by Carsonified Systems, now looking for someone to lead the Mobile event, was mostly aimed at developers and designers. Brian Fling – an apple-enthusiast – was the host of the event. The great key-note speaker Tony Fish asserted that “Digital Footprint is not identity”, with a fast and furious presentation that really impressed me. [...]
