Great article. “Where are all the blog posts about how to make really super-clear content?” is a good question–seems like there are few people talking loudly about content right now, but not as many as you’d expect given that we’ve all been dunked in content-is-king speak.

Interesting insights. It is nice to see an actual UI developer being intereviewed to talk about what they do and how. It's a slight diversification from interviews with designers and IAs or whatever. Nice.
